CNG Filters: DELTA CNG Filters are designed to operate the high pressure applications of CNG Fueling at 250 Bar. Latest design codes are followed in the design of the filter housings. Pleated filter elements are used for filtration which offer the lowest pressure drop and long life. These filters remove dirt, condensates, oil and moisture which ensure high degree of purity in the CNG at Filter outlet. CNG Compressor Suction Filters: We have also developed Suction Filters to be installed at the inlet of CNG compressors. The purpose of these Filters is to protect the compressor internals from dirt, moisture and condensates. These filters typically operate at 19 Bar pressure and are rated at 5 micron. Delta has also developed replacement elements for Delta Compressor suction and discharge filters CNG Dispensers: (Replacement Filter Elements / Cartridges) : DELTA has developed filter elements to replace a number of OEM makes which are used in CNG Dispensers across various parts of the world. We can supply highly reliable replacement cartridges for the following Dispenser makes 1) FTI Dispenser 2) Safe Dispenser 3) KG Dispenser 4) Delta Dispenser
PNG Filters: We at DELTA have designed, manufactured and supplied several PNG Filters for industrial applications. These are generally are designed to operate close to the point of application and serve as a final stage purification unit before combustion. PNG Filters typically operate at 4 to 6 Bar operating pressure. DRS / MRS Filters & Filter Elements: DELTA has developed reliable filter elements to replace OEM Filters in DRS/ MRS stationss.
